"I believe everyone has the capacity for wellness in their lives.
We find wellness through the experimentation of small acts and the practice of acts becoming habits.
Wellness is a fluid state that involves mind, body, and spirit.
I am committed to helping my clients identify what wellness means for them."

Since eating disorders are complex, I may ask that clients allow me to communicate with their other psychiatric and medical providers during treatment so that I can ensure the most comprehensive care.
In order to provide the best possible care for everyone, I ask for intake information to be completed prior to a first appointment.
