My outpatient practice is open to adults ages 18+ located in the state of MA. 
While I am in network with the insurance companies below, insurance companies can change their plan's details at any time. Therefore, I prefer to confirm coverage for outpatient therapy by running your plan's benefits prior to the first appointment
