It is my belief that individuals' are their own best experts on themselves and possess the ability to heal from within their own restorative powers. To that end, I use a variety of therapeutic models to assist my clients in their healing journey. Using Family and Couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Play Therapy, Solution Focused and Short Term Therapy, as well as Group Therapy, I work with my clients to join them on their path and work in concert with my clients to achieve their goals for healing.
My training began 17 years ago with Graduate School at Saint Mary's University in Counseling and Psychological Services and continued with the completion of a post-graduate certificate specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. It is very important to continue to learn and grow as a professional, which allows for improving ones therapeutic practice.
